Vinification >
Curtefranca Bianco is made from grapes grown in 16 vineyards whose exposures, clones and ages succeed in expressing all the enchantment of a white wine Ca’ del Bosco style: a perfect marriage between the fruit of the Chardonnay and the elegance of the Pinot Bianco. It is vinified exclusively in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at a temperature of 18 to 20°C. After an aging period of about 9 months the Curtefranca Bianco is bottled totally without oxygen or agitation thanks to an innovative bottling system that preserves its inherent quality.
