Vinification >Ca’ del Bosco Chardonnay embodies a terroir’s capacity to exalt
a grape’s features and man’s ability to extract them and transform
them into a great wine. After careful selection, the grapes taken
from 7 "elect" vineyards are pressed whole and the first-portion
must is poured into small oak barrels for alcoholic fermentation.
Here it remains on its yeasts for another 10 months and, through
"battonage", reaches maximum harmony of bouquet and complexity of taste. Afterwards the different batches are blended and the final result is bottled totally without oxygen or agitation
thanks to an innovative bottling system that preserves its inherent quality. -
